Le Bronze Industriel’s production process is fully integrated, from foundry to machining.Our facilities are equipped with induction furnaces and include three types of casting (semi-continuous, continuous and centrifugal). The other production stages are extrusion or forging, cold drawing, heat treatment and machining.
For its foundry, Le Bronze Industriel selects the best copper cathodes as raw material in order to guarantee the highest purity of finished product. Since we manufacture our own billets in our own foundry, we can control the quality of our material at every step of the production process. Our founders are very experienced and continuously trained. Our technical foundry know-how of more than 70 years experience, combined with a strict selection of copper, permanent control of production quality and efficient preventive maintenance on equipment have lead to make Le Bronze Industriel’s foundry, based in France, is one of the most famous and reliable copper melting installations in the world.
