Beryllium copper

Le Bronze Industriel is a world leader in the production of beryllium copper (UBE2 or CBE2 or C17200 as per AMS4533).
This grade offers excellent mechanical properties with very high tensile strengths and low elongation coefficient.
The most common applications of our beryllium copper are:

• plastic injection molding,
• bushes for landing gears in aerospace industry,
• locking mechanism for aircraft doors,
• Christmas trees for oil drilling in offshore industry,
• Equilibrating weights for Formula 1 engine,
• Cryogenics applications, eg parts of gas valves of Ariane,
• Golf clubs for sports,
• Springs for watches and clocks industry.
